TURO - Rental REQUIREMENTS

The minimum age requirement to rent a car from JDM Whipz is 25 years old. 

 A refundable security deposit is required for every booking.
Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and typically range from $150 to $350. 

 Your deposit is returned after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there are no damages, overages, or additional charges. 

 Yes. All bookings require insurance coverage.
 Depending on the vehicle, you can:
Purchase insurance directly on our website, or

• Use coverage through RentalCover or Bonzah

Insurance options are shown clearly during checkout. 

 Each rental includes up to 200 miles per day.

 Yes. All trip modifications are accepted.
If your plans change, simply contact our team and we’ll help adjust your reservation. 

 Absolutely. Every vehicle is:
Washed, disinfected and cleaned

• with a full gas tank

 Any additional charges (late returns, extra mileage without unlimited add-on, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit. Remaining balance, if any, is refunded. 

No, at this time we do not offer airport pick-up and drop-off services.

•  The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as it was received and back to the same gas level.
• IMPORTANT: IF THE GAS LEVEL IS LESS THAN THE LEVEL AT PICKUP, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT OF GAS REQUIRED TO RETURN IT TO THE LEVEL AT PICKUP, PLUS A $10.00 CONVENIENCE FEE.
• It's not necessary to wash or clean the vehicle, but excessive dirt or filth may result in a fee.

• There are no cancellation fees for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of the reservation total.

•  Any additional charges (late returns, extra mileage without unlimited add-on, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining balance, if any, is refunded.

•  No, we do not allow one-way rentals for any of our vehicles.

•  We accept debit cards, credit cards, and major payment methods through our secure system.

• Yes, you can add an additional driver who is not listed on your personal auto insurance policy, such as a friend instead of a spouse or family member. This allows them to drive the rental vehicle with full coverage for $25/day. The additional driver must meet the same rental requirements as the primary driver.

• Unlike big corporate rental companies, we don’t believe in piling on hidden fees or unnecessary charges. The fees we include are essential to remain compliant, legal, and operationally effective. This allows us to continue providing the best service while keeping our pricing transparent and straightforward.
• Here is a transparent breakdown of our fees:

Sales Tax (8%)

• The sales tax is a standard charge applied to all car rental transactions. This 8% fee is a requirement in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and is added to the total cost of your rental.

Processing Fee (2.95%)

• The processing fee is 2.95% and is applied to cover administrative costs associated with managing your rental. This fee helps us maintain high-quality service, from booking and billing to customer support and vehicle maintenance.

•  Refueling of gas is the renter’s responsibility. If the vehicle is not refueled to the level it was given, a fee of the price of gas plus a$15 inconvenience fee will be charged.
• Our Quick Refuel Return add-on option allows you to return the rental vehicle without a full tank of gas for a one-time $60 fee. This add-on is perfect for those who want a hassle-free return process.

During the online reservation process, you will select from a list of 2 convenient locations where you can pick up and return your vehicle.
